Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026. English is the authoritative text.

These terms are an agreement between you and Bragin Group Inc. (“we”) for Zam Zam Messenger. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Who may use Zam Zam

You must be at least 16 years old. The apps do not currently ask for a date of birth. You are responsible for using a phone number you are allowed to use, and for keeping access to that number. If you lose the number, you may lose the way you sign in.

The account

An account uses a phone number, a username, and a display name. You are responsible for activity under your account and for devices you sign in. Do not share a verification code. You may sign out and, from a device that is still signed in, remove another device.

Usernames must follow the product rules: they start with a letter and use letters, numbers, and underscores.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zam Zam to break the law, to harass or threaten people, to send spam, to distribute illegal content, or to try to access an account, device, or system without permission. Do not interfere with the service or probe it in a way that degrades it for other people.

Zam Zam does not currently offer public bot accounts, business profiles, or a public developer API. Do not present an account as an official bot or business integration.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you create. For content we can actually host in readable form — such as your profile, public channel posts, and story text — you give us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it as needed to run Zam Zam. That license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that remain for the reasons in the Privacy Policy.

We do not receive a license to read end-to-end encrypted messages or files. We transmit ciphertext. We do not have the keys that would let us use that content for advertising or for any other purpose.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what the service can and cannot see. Private chats, groups, and private channels are end-to-end encrypted by default. Public channels and stories are not. One-to-one calls use call encryption between participants. Group call media is end-to-end encrypted by default. These protections are real. They are not a promise that metadata does not exist, or that abuse is impossible.

Moderation

You can block and report. We may remove public content we can access, refuse a name or photo, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or creates a security risk. We cannot read private encrypted messages in order to moderate them. Reports include the information described in the Privacy Policy, not the readable text of an encrypted message.

Availability

Zam Zam is in active development. iPhone and Android builds exist as a private beta. Public downloads for iPhone, iPad, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux are not open yet. Features can change, and the service can be interrupted. Encrypted cloud backup, in-app account deletion, and data export are not available yet. We do not promise a particular release date.

We do not currently charge a fee. If that changes, we will say so before a charge applies to you.

Our property

Zam Zam, the logo, and the software are owned by Bragin Group Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of them. You may not copy the service or the brand in a way that suggests a false affiliation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that encryption, delivery, or calls will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost messages, lost access, or lost profits. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Zam Zam in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is forbidden.

Ending use

You may stop using Zam Zam at any time. You may ask us to delete the account using the deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Deletion is meant to be permanent. We cannot rebuild end-to-end encrypted history after the account and its devices are removed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dallas County, Texas are the venue, except where a law that applies to you requires a different venue and cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in a country that gives you non-waivable rights, those rights still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page will change. If you keep using Zam Zam after the update applies, you are accepting the updated terms, except where the law requires a more specific form of consent.
